Overview
Clopay Grand Harbor® is the budget-friendly carriage house door: a 24-gauge steel base with smooth composite overlays and optional 1-5/8" vinyl-backed polystyrene insulation (official R-value 6.3). Four design series cover clean panels through more decorative layouts. Factory colors are Standard White, Almond, Sandtone, and Desert Tan, with Color Blast® for custom matches. Hardware is classic black wrought-iron style. This is the door we recommend when curb appeal matters and the budget is tight.
Grand Harbor gives you the overlay carriage look without Canyon Ridge pricing. Optional insulation and WindCode® make it a practical upgrade for rentals, first homes, and anyone replacing a plain raised-panel steel door.

Questions we hear
Is Grand Harbor insulated like Coachman or Canyon Ridge?
Not to the same level. Grand Harbor’s optional insulation is R-6.3 polystyrene. Coachman and Canyon Ridge go much higher with Intellicore®. We will price both if comfort is a priority.
Can Overhead Door of America install a Grand Harbor on my home?
Yes. We are an official Clopay dealer. We measure the opening, confirm wind-load needs, help you choose color and windows, and install the door with a matching LiftMaster opener when you want one.
Do these doors work in Florida heat, humidity, and storms?
Yes. We specify rust-resistant hardware, proper weather seals, and WindCode® reinforcement where required. Insulated models also help keep an attached garage more comfortable in summer.
